I want to publish my story but I do not know how to go about undertaking it. I see several internet sites on publishing but it is all so confusing & overwhelming. Most of them that I saw were contests. I want to earn money cuz I’m preparing to be a writer someday. It does not say how much you’d get for your stories (well I know noone actually knows but possibly I could get an idea). I am fooled by the word ‘publish’. I can see that it doesn’t constantly mean you earn cash for your stories. One particular web site talks about paying $ 100 for books with your custom cover but I don’t know if I can afford that. Plus, why spend that much money when I am not certain if I am gonna get that significantly for it? I am just asking for a low cost place.
